How do I reset the controller on my VorTech pump?

1There are two different ways to reset the controller; both a soft and hard reset.
A soft reset clears the memory of all master/slave relationships when multiple pumps are connected wirelessly. In the event that multiple pumps are connected, each controller will require resetting.
-A hard reset is used to clear the entire memory of the driver, and restore ALL your Vortech pump settings (i.e. saved waves and speeds, feed/night modes) back to the factory defaults.

Will hard reset clear off the latest firmaware that i have recently updated?. -

The hard reset will not clear the firmware that you have recently upgraded to. -

my mp10 has red/green flashing stall mode,nothing seems to work,even trying to hard re-set,unit goes back to red/green mode,plz help..-

Have you disassembled and cleaned your wetside recently? Does the dryside motor still display the error, even when the wetside is disconnected?
